The PHCC-NJ is the voice of the professional plumbing and mechanical contractor with the New Jersey Legislature, regulatory agencies and the media. We are an affiliate of the PHCC National Association in Falls Church, Va. and provide support to eight county-level PHCC chapters in New Jersey.

We have helped with exempting Master Plumbers from the Home Improvement Contracts registration law

We have helped with exempting Master Plumbers from the new Service Contract Law

We have helped with exempting Master Plumbers from the newly formed HVAC Licensing Law

We have helped bring legislation that allows one-man shops to purchase health coverage at group rates

As a PHCC member, you are also affiliated with our National Association, the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors--National Association. They are the author of the National Standard Plumbing Code and our Plumbing and HVAC Apprenticeship programs.

We also have a fully stocked bookstore with all of the codebooks you need here in New Jersey.
